      Yes, those are the pilot fuel screws or whatever we call them. Turn them out to make richer, in for leaner. Have most effect on idle and up to a third open throttle. Adjust for highest idle on each cylinder.

      I too have rebuilt a motor (650) and it has taken about 500 miles to get it broke in. Now it runs great, gets better mileage and doesn't burn oil. Drive it hard and see how they look.
