    how do you get to bass cliff's website? I need some float height settings on a 1980 GS750. Thanks

      I could not find the float height setting on his web site. Does anyone know it. I think it it 22.4mm +-1mm but I need to be sure. Thanks

        float height ???? 22.4mm +/- 1.0 (0.88 +/- 0.04)

        Main Air jet????? 1.7
        jet needle?????.. 5C28
        Needle Jet?????? Y-4
        Pilot Jet??..????. 42.5
        By-pass?.?????? 0.8, 0.8, 0.8
        Pilot Outlet?????? .7
        Valve seat?????? 2.0
        Starter jet?????? 50
        Pilot Screw............. Preset
        throttle cable play ?. .5-1.0 (0.02-0.04)

          Go back to his site and download the manual for your bike somewhere onto your 'puter. It's in there, at least it was when I downloaded it a few months ago. Actually, just about everything is in there.

          It's a good thing to check. My floats were all off +- 5mm. Yeah, that's right around 25%.
          I'm of the opinion that's one of the few reasons my bike didn't run very well when I got it.
