My 77 GS750 needs a lot of love too. I keep hearing that DC Cycle is the only place to go. I haven't taken mine there because I had a friend who took a running bike there and got it back non-running. It may have just been bad luck as many friends have suggested that place.

Paying someone to work on your 25 year old bike will quickly rack up more repair bills than the bike is worth. You are way better off searching through the forum here for repair information - just about every known problem on GS bikes will show up when you search. Lots of members will help other local members as well...just ask.
