Im talking about up inside the needle valve assembly where the tip actually plugs the hole to stop fuel from coming in, not the one around the assembly that holds it in the carb, but in between the tip and the tube that it slides into. it doesnt show one on the fiche it only shows the one to hold the assembly in place(part 50 on the fiche). does it just plug the hole by metal to metal?Last edited by Guest; 10-18-2008, 07:39 PM.

Yep, "plugging the hole" is simly metal-to-metal.

Ok, thanks a lot. I just got the bike started for the first time since I have owned it, but I have taken the carbs apart and cleaned them and saw no o-ring there and wanted to be sure. Now that I know it runs I am going to start taking the bike apart and cleaning it from top to bottom and making a bobber out of it. Im going to replace all the o-rings when I get to that point and didnt want to miss anything. Thanks again.
