1982 GS750t with a 630 chain and I dont know how long it is so that I can order a new one.That chain doesnt have a master link on it either so how do you get the chain off?

My 78 750 has a 630, 96 links. Just cut the old one with a small grinder if it is going to trashed anyway.
Should go ahead and do the sprockets while your at it, the new chain will wear out prematurely otherwise. -
Yup, gotta do the sprockets too or that chain will last about 400 miles. Take it from experience- mine unfortunately.Currently bikeless

If you want an endless chain you need to remove the swing arm.
