This was a great intro to carb theory, that you posted at exactly the right time for me, as I now venture off onto the wonderful world of entry-level carb tuning. I'm going to phone K&N, Dynojet, or Factory, or all three, to learn if they can steer me in the right direction with my 1979 GS1000 that is suddenly wearing K&N pods (see my "The Saga Continues" recent posts on the General Discussion forum).
