See if it's leaking out the vent lines or the airbox.

I think it is leaking out of both, but mostly out the vent..Comment

Bowls are overflowing. The petcock is bad and probably either the o-ring on the fuel inlet (float seat) or the float needle and seat aren't seating.
Have you cleaned the carbs?
