    '84 1150ef motor to a '85 GSXr750 frame

Looking for any info in transplanting a '84 1150 ef motor to a light '85 gsxr750 frame.
    Has any one done this?
Search, did not come up with too much on the subject.
Service Manuals do not include frame dimensions?
    My first post. 84suz.

The frame you have is what is run by THOUSANDS of dragbike guys in this country & others also! What possible reason would you have for wanting to put your motor in a frame it WON'T go into without SEVERE modifications? If your bike is running 1.50 60 foots you are either HEAVY, on a STREET tire, have a stock motor, or don't have a LOCK UP clutch. If you want give me a call & I will help you out as I build & race these bikes. I can be reached at 714-356-7845, Ray.
