GS1000GL progressive fork springs

I can't find a part# number for progressive fork spring for a GS1000GL. I left a message on the progressive site and they responded with some smart ass response about not doing Custom work. Those of you that have GL's what do you use?

Same springs as a G model. You just need to make longer spacers.

Roadrash, thank you for the reply. I notice that my bike (1980 GS1000GL) isn't specifically called out. The 1980 'G' model is but it is not the same rake or posibilly length of the GL. The 1982 GL model is listed ....soo..it probably will work but it is odd that the1980 "GL" doesn't show up here or on Progressives site. Is there something unique about the 1980 model that I don't know about?

Progressive Part # 11-1107. Of course I do not know much about the "L" models.

TWR1776, That is exactly what I was looking for. I didn't know if the 1106 or the 1107 was the right number. Your bikes are beautiful! Did you buy and restore or did you purchasenew and maintain? It is so hard to find original paint in such good shape.

Slamonte, thanks for the comments. The 82 I bought new, the other two I got from fleabay a few years back and have updated. For the progressives I ended up with the original spacer and the PVC ones that come with the springs at approx 1 1/2" in length. I am approx 175 lbs and ride mostly one up. The spacers ended up roughly even with the top of the fork tube per the installation instructions. If you are a larger huminoid you might want to start them out partially above the tube but that is all personal preference. Be careful threading the tops back in. Since I never ride aggressively or lean it over so your results may vary. Mine ended up with slighty more sag than most like here but they are not quite as harsh riding either and I have yet to bottom them out even in the canyon sized holes we get here in NW Indiana. It takes a little getting used to instead of the soft & crappy OEM"s but once you have new springs, shocks, and sticky tires you will not want to ride without them ever again. Just plain unsafe IMHO to not do the springs at least and get modern/sticky tires.
