    Can I fit a gs750 engine into a gs650 frame?

I know it's a silly question. The thing is that I've aquired, over the years, enough spare parts to build a rat bike with the help of a motorcycle mechanic friend of mine. Unfortunately, the frame I had in mind will not accomodate my 1981 gs750L engine. Someone on craigslist is offering me a titled 1982 gs650g frame for cheap. Will my 1981 gs750L engine fit into a 1982 gs650g frame?

There will be a LOT of fabrication, as dardoonk has so eloquently hinted.

The 650G is a shaft-drive bike, so the swingarm will be different. Not sure if you can adapt a chain-type swingarm easily or not.

Not doable with a G frame. Unless you have the very rare, Japan only 750 Shaft drive motor
