I don't know if anyone on the GS resource forum does but I had GS three brake rotors resurfaced in 2007 with excellent results. I included the thread posted in "Tips Section"

Hmm I've never seen ground brake discs. That doesn't mean they don't exist, but I think they're usually turned on special lathes.

Grinding is the way to go since the rotors are so hard. There is a guy advertising on ebay who seems to know what he is doing, I think Posplayer sent his rotors out them.
