and somewhere I read on the forum how to decipher the part number to get the screw/bolt size. cant remember which thread though.1981 GS750L (sold)

Hi Mr. satchmo,
BikeBandit doesn't use real Suzuki part numbers. The Suzuki part number is 01500-08163. So according to Mr. mriddle's and Mr. bwringer's secret decoder ring, that would be an 8x16mm screw.
