Sorry, I can't really help you here. Do you have calipers? Perhaps you can take a measurement?

Jetting Rules of Thumb <<Click here for suggestions. You'll probably need to go through a plug chop procedure. For CV Carb jetting, see the very informative article at Factory Pro.

Or you can get a DynoJet kit and take a lot of the guesswork out of the procedure. Click here: http://www.dynojet.com/jetkits/motorcycle/suzuki.aspx

    Thank you for your indulgence,

There was a guy a couple of years ago that did some extensive jetting work on his 400 and posted all the details here. If you do a search you should be able to find the thread.

richhar is running 130's for mains. I have drilled out mine to 132.5 but it is a bit to rich. If you do go pods let me know cause I ordered a bunch of sizes from 127.5-135 and they come four to a pack. I ordered my mufflers from jc whittney and they came with reducers to fit three different pipe diameters. They seemed a bit cheesy to me so I welded them to the pipe.
