i have an 81 gs1100e with um aftermarket airfilters so the crankcase breather only has a secondary filter on it. i have noticed oil on the crankcase oil from the filter. i did a quick internet search for air/oil separator but didn't really find anything. does anyone have one on there bike.any idea where to find one for not too much money.

most everybody running pods just vent it over the back of the crank case as on a good engine there is nearly no oil that comes from the line just vapors. you could route the line to a small catch bottle then out to the filter from there. just keep eye on bottle and drain it when oil builds up high enough. -
You can always also route the hose so it has the filter giong UP & then what ever oil gets in the line will just drain back into the cover. Works for me 99% of the time. Ray.Comment
