question on procedure for checking coils
First off will my clymer manual tell me the resistances i want? if not do any of you know what they should be also should i remove the plug caps being that they are resistance caps?Tags: None

what is primary and secondary side? I might know what that means from reading the threads but am unsure.

You put one probe in the plug wire for #1 and the other in the plug wire for #4. Then do the same for 2 & 3. You don't check against a ground.

ohms if you have a meter that auto sets use that other wise use a setting higher then 50K ohms like 100K or something
