Blinker not Blinking
Finnaly went through the rats nest of wires in my headlamp bucket and found the blinker wires and headlamp wires. Hooked everything up and everything turns on when it's supposed to but none of the blinkers blink. Anyone know why this might be?Tags: None

On mine it's under the right side cover. If yours is stock it will probably be a small, square, black one. Usually down around the battery somewhere. Just see if it's two or three pin before you buy a replacement.

Billy, by replacing the stock flasher, I assume it's possible to get one that makes my signals go faster? I hate the delay in them actually starting to flash... a lot of times, by the time the first flash happens, I'm already in the other lane. ;-)

I was just in autozone the other day getting a flasher for a buddy of mine. They had 3 standard type non-electronic flashers. The smallest one is rated for a total of 6 bulbs max......it will flash the fastest. The next size up was rated for 8 bulbs max....it will flash a bit slower.... The flash rate is determined by the load on the flasher along with the flasher rating itself.
I replaced my stock little black box flasher with one of the small round flashers and it works just dandy.
