    78 GS 1000 model info?

I have a 78 GS1000 that I picked up for parts for my bike. The question I have is exactly what model of GS is it E,C,etc? . The parts bike has wire spoke wheels and a single front brake along with a few minor differences. The ID tag on the front end says Manufacture date 1/78 and the serial number is GS1000 103437 .
My other 1978 GS1000E has aluminum wheels with dual front brakes, etc. I am wanting to part out what I have left of the parts bike but I would like to advertise the parts correctly for the right model of bike. Can anyone tell me exactly what model bike this is
    Thank you for any help

It's a "C". An early one. Only they came with spokes & single disk.

Standard GS 1000, no letter after. Probably a "C" model.
I'll take the gas tank and seat.

Thank you for the information guys!
As for the seat and gas tank, it had no seat when I bought it and the tank looked great , blue, no dents and cleaned up really nice. The only problem with it was I rinsed it out before I installed it and then realized it was a better sprinkler can than a gas tank!! Boy did that suck!
I do have a lot of the rest of it left if there any other parts you need?
        Thanks!

Bad enough I don't want to mess with it! I just repainted my other tank instead.
