I have a Motion Pro chain tool set that can press out the pins and also has a fitting for riveting chains. It's about $100 new, but I picked it up on CrackList one day for, um, a lot less.1983 GS850G, Cosmos Blue.

The have different channels for locking in the different sizes so we call them channelocks. Multi grips is what you do when your single.
