    Tires for 1979 GS425

Hey guys my tires are orginal and need replaced
    Front 3.00-18
    Rear 3.5-18
My local dealer pointed me towards IRC GS-11 says they are what came on it (style wise)
Are their any other brans or sizes I can look for ???
    Thanks for the help

    Hey Jeff,

There are about 5 tire threads per week around here. You might want to try a search to turn up the info you need. The archives contains every possible tire related thread imaginable...X 100.

BTW, the IRC tires are trued and true.

    Good luck.

Dennis Kirk has a good selection and very reasonable prices on tires. If you input the size you need you'll get a list of what they have available. IRC makes a decent tire, I would also check out the bridgestone spitfires or pirelli rt66 if they are available in the size you need.

JCWhitney has a lot of tires that will fit that bike and the shipping is virtually free.
