I measured the voltage to my coils yesterday and I got around 8 volts. I then measured the voltage from my starter switch when switched on and I got about 10 volts. Should I be concerned? Thanks Travis

With that kind of voltage drop you have some electrical issues that need to be addressed. I'd start in the headlight bucket and work my way to the taillight, cleaning every connection. Double check the grounds as well. Once you do that you'll probably see a vast improvement. The coil relay mod is also worth doing. The resting voltage on the battery is a little on the low side, I'd look for 12.6-12.8. Did you recharge the battery?
