    All new connectors

Like most of us with 20 - 30 year old bikes, I was
having charging problems. So I decided it was time
to change all of the connectors. Every single connector
on the bike is being changed with these. Molex. Should
be good for another 30 years.

BTW: Anyone recognize the cd ?

I would be concerned about a few things.

    1. Are the conductors corrosion resistant? They might not be rated for exposure. Moisture collects in tight places. Also the connector needs a rain shield, you could make one from a bike inner tube.

    2. If you go this route, remember that wires handling high current generate heat at connectors. If you combine 4 in one you concentrate heat in one place. Do this for low power connections if at all possible. The rear brake light, turn signals and driving lights all use a lot of power so a single connector there might get hot.

    3. Using non standard connectors means if you have to replace a part you have to convert the wires as well. More work.

I would suggest getting a bunch of male and female bullet terminals and replacing them one at a time. New bullets are made of better alloy and fit tight. There is nothing wrong with the bullet design, it has as much if not more contact that spade terminals, it's just that 30 YO brass terminals are corroded these days.

I have no doubt it is.

I appreciate your concern. I've been using these connectors for years,
and have found that using fish tank sealant where the wires go into
the plug waterproofs them pretty well. After they're snapped together
I use heat shrink where the connectors meet. Haven't had one melt
          yet.
I use these connectors for my job (Repairing spectrometers and metal
analyzers) and they carry enough current to do this:
