GS carb comparison video....who wants popcorn?

I need some expert advice on how the slides should shut. This bike wasn't running right when I got it so have nothing to compare to. These are off a '80 850L which this is about the 3rd or 4th time I've cleaned them (dipping and blowing out the holes, with additional carb cleaner spray to ensure jet passages are clear.) They (3 out of 4) seem to me to have a slight catch in them. I imagined they should all fall relatively close to each other. Diaphragms are in great shape, everything is stock with new o-rings throughout. Enjoy the show!

Slides look fine to me. What is the problem with the carbs? Hanging idle by chance? Did you change the intake o-rings?

A cinematic masterpiece. I see nothing out of the ordinary, though...
and God said, "Let there be air compressors!"

Don't know just how to tell you this, but the "air tube" that vents the topside of the diaphragms is the hole in the bottom of the slide.
If that is collapsing, he has some REAL problems.
