    Stator/generator cover interchangability GS850G and 1100G?

    Does anyone know if if the Stator/generator covers are interchangeable between the 8 valve GS850G and 1100G's?

      Nope, they're different part numbers.

      I believe the stator is slightly larger in diameter in the 1100G.
      1983 GS850G, Cosmos Blue.
      2005 KLR685, Aztec Pink - Turd II.3, the ReReReTurdening
      2015 Yamaha FJ-09, Magma Red Power Corrupts...
      Eat more venison.
