    I started with the turnouts, but they were pretty much straight pipes. I later found some stock harley ones in a recycle bin and used those instead. good sound, slightly louder than stock but in a good way. I found with either set I actually had a little better power, but I can't remember if I messed with jetting at all or not... quite possible I went up one size actually.




    with the second pair I decided to use aluminum duct tape to seal the joint as well as the clamp (which really didn't seal anything) helps to reduce the exhaust smell on my leg, and the steam puffs in the middle

    I used a few different pieces of strap and even a piece of ski pole as a spacer to keep the stock Suzi mounts and still use Harley hangers existing on the pipes. three years or so and still haven't fallen off! (knock on wood)
