I HOPE not Rob, im pretty sure yours is still old enough not to use this dastardly design. But, we'll see. Get yer stuff, and here in a couple weeks when i get some of this other stuff done, we'll have a go at it.

The 450s use this setup
1983 GS 1100E w/ 1230 kit, .340 lift Web Cams, Ape heavy duty valve springs, 83 1100 head with 1.5mm oversized SS intake valves, 1150 crank, Vance and Hines 1150 SuperHub, Star Racing high volume oil pump gears, 36mm carebs Dynojet stage 3 jet kit, Posplayr's SSPB, Progressive rear shocks and fork springs, Dyna 2000, Dynatek green coils and Vance & Hines 4-1 exhaust.
1985 GS1150ES stock with 85 Red E bodywork.

Woooo, I believe my GS550LLLLLLLL uses this system...it has an air valve under the dust cap, and I need to replace the seals. Should be fun!!Comment

Its not. Have a buddy if you can. One of you to press that cap in, and the other to scribe that clip out of there.. if you do it that way, its not so bad.Comment
