process of elimination, that will pull about 2 amps and kill your battery pronto.
Get your schematic and start pulling fuses to see when the resistance goes up. Once you isolate which circuit it is then continue to isolate by removing connectors.
If I had to guess, it is the R/R but that is only a guess without any knowledge. Could also be any control module.

Ok thanks guys its with the key off and the only circuit that is pulling it is called the main in the wiring diagram

OK, that makes it easier.
The Main fuse only powers ... er ... ummm ... EVERYTHING.
Fortunately, most of it is turned off when the key is off, so check the r/r as Chef suggested.

Greetings and Salutations!!
Hi Mr. ericevans14,
I would humbly suggest that you clean every electrical connection and ground connection, including the fusebox and ignition switch, on the entire wiring harness from the headlight bucket to the tail light. Proper grounding of the regulator/rectifier is essential as is the main ground from the negative battery terminal to the engine. All connections must be clean. Now how about my "welcome thang"?
Here is your very own magical, mystical, mythical, mind-expanding "mega-welcome". Please take notice of the "Top 10 Common Issues", the Carb Rebuild Series, and the Stator Papers. Now let me roll out the welcome mat for you...
