i am trying to fiqure out what wiring diagram to use out of the clymers guide. Its a 1982 gs650g?? Any Ideas

those are the same ones i have... But as far as i know or at least when i look up parts on bikebandit my bike is listed only as a gs650g. Most of these diagrams show a fuel indicator which my bike does not have. the others are for 81's. Any ideas??

Have you verified model with the vin # on bike.
Perhaps the PO had to replace guages and did not find one with a fuel gauge.

Try this link to the Suzuki Factory GS650G Workshop Manual. It has a wiring diagram at the back. See if that is any good for you.

Why do you need a wiring diagram? What is the problem? It doesn't matter that the other diagram has a fuel gauge unit, the rest of the wiring and colour code will be the same.
