OK a picture . Screw was found inside the clutch cover the shim / washer is from the clutch basket which I slept before reassembly. The washer is concaved and do not remember which way it points.I believe this goes between the gear and rear spring assy on the clutch basket. When put on the rivets that were ground off are too short to reach back through the backing plate .
