Valve cover gasket

Does a 1981 GS250T Share the same valve cover as a 1982 GS300L D model?
I need a valve cover gasket and i was hoping i could use one off of a GS250T Because its cheaper than the original one for my GS300L.
The valve covers and gaskets look the same if you look at the OEM parts Pictures.

Go to one of the online parts fiche sites, like http://www.babbittsonline.com/pages/...d/default.aspx, and compare the part number.
If they are the same they are the same. If they are not they are not.
A lot of times they will use the same graphics for bikes that are different. The graphics are not important, the part numbers are.

The part numbers are different. Only shows the '82 and '83 GS300L valve cover gaskets as the same.
