new wonderful carb leak!

had issues a few months back with carb leaks, first was stuck float, 2nd was small cut in fuel line right where it attaches to the T between the 2 center carbs, am now slowly leaking from fuel rail that connects 1st and 2nd carb not top one with the vent but the lower one. its an 80 gs 750, bs mikuni carbs, anyone tell me how to possibly tighten this fitting connecting the 2 carbs or how that connection works?, have rejetted these carbs know them a little but never disassembled them to that degree
