Whats a good way to remove baffle?

Trying to get it out to put in some fiberglass packing. I tried tapping on the other end to try and get it out to no success and tried pulling with some pliers on the other end.

What type of muffler are you trying to take apart? If you have stock mufflers I beleive the only way into them is to cut them.

It's mac exhaust I think that's a kerker copy. The baffle is tight in there, but I know it's removable.

I have a MAC, and after removing the bolt, you need to slide something with a hook or bend in it, and yank out the baffle. I believe its around 8" long. I used a slide hammer, but a piece of round stock with a small 90 deg at the end will do. It takes a bit of banging if it's never been out, but it should come out pretty easy. The innards aren't extremely fragile, so you shouldn't hurt anything.

        good luck!
