I've got the fan covered. The bro-in-law has a rather large one in the garage for dog cooling. I could even use the cooling tower he bought.

I looked at the adjusters and planned to give them a spray of something, probably WD40.

Thanks for the reminder. I learned that doing the valves. Check, tighten, re-check, loosen, check and tighten again, etc ...

Here's my checklist of everything I did that may affect fuel settings:
    Cleaned out tank.
    New petcock.
    New fuel line.
    Rebuilt carbs.
    New plugs.
    Adjusted valves.
    Changed oil.
    New choke cable (pending).
    Purchased CarbTune.
    Purchased carb adjusting tool.
    Rebuilt tach (pending).
    Anything I missed?

I haven't done the electrical system test but that should not affect fuel delivery once it's running?

I hope to have everything fall into place this Saturday. (Dare I hope to ride on Sunday?)

BTW, they sold all the puppies. I get to work inside again.

Y'all are awesome for all the advice. Thanks.
