Nothing to worry about brother, the stator is bathed in engine oil by design. Some folks drain the oil before pulling the cover, some just lean the bike against a wall to prevent most of the oil from coming out, and some folks get a surprise when they crack the cover off

I had mine on the side stand, even leaning towards the stator, and only about half quart came out. later the bike was leaned over a little further than the side stand and a whole lot more came out and made a big mess because I was not ready for it. Next time, all the oil comes out first, for me.
