snapped bolt on exaust header!!!!!

Well i tried nessim's way but a no go. Turning the screw driver just broke the pieces off from the bolt where I had made the slot. Guess it's time to take the head off , not exactly what i wanted to do.

This will youre best bet. While youre waiting for the PB Blaster to do its magic, may I also suggest tapping the remaining bolt with a Hammer and if needed a piece of rod/ratchet extension/whatever. This will aid in breaking the bond the rust has. Also, if you have one, and if you dont, look into getting one, tap on the back of tang through screwdriver. The back is for more than just using a wrench to apply more torque. Light tapping while turning will help alot.
