You will end up putting a nick or a groove in the frame that holds the bearing race, don't worry about it. Just don't damage the new bearing races when you install them.
This is why the bearings needed to be changed:

Yep, that's how I got 'em out, dremel, and it did nick the inside. I beat on them for a few hours first.
