    got your PM.. this is an original nippondenso i have in my hand...part number on it is::::::::028000-4920 If anyone can reference it and verify it is what you need its yours.. Say send me 20.00 for the starter includes shipping..let me know. I still need to learn where the vets on here cross referene stuff..would help me a lot too.....

    I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.

      Pull it out, and take it apart. Pretty simple.

        Starter update

        Well,took the starter apart today and......bingo!! Brushes are gone, a ton of carbon dust,wires are fried and casing looks to be cracked,on the bright side the armiture looks good,and at least now Im pretty sure its the starter thanx to you're help guys,chuck steve and tejasmud.
