Dude that was built in the age of disco, think about it. They're just responding to the music. Wonder if you got a loose connector plug in the bucket or behing the panel? It looks like it's doing it as the rpm's come down.

It is my firm belief that, whenever you are playing with electrics or electronics, if you have strange stuff happening, it's a bad ground.
Your challenge, should you decide to accept it, is to find the bad ground.

I would check the ground leads, especially the rect/reg leads..
Put a voltmeter across the battery and check the voltage with engine off, and at idle and over 3000 rpm. note the values, and post back.
