Can any gs850glx owners do me a favor

So as I have and another user discovered, suzuki has discontinued the boots that go from the airbox to carbs. When you order them now, you get a boot that is way too large to fit the box or the carbs. Nessism suggested that we check out the 850 boots because they use the same carbs. So after doing a little research, it seems that the only 850 that uses identical boots for all four carbs is the glx. So now the favor I ask. Can any of you take measurements of your boots so that I could compare them to the ones I have and see if they are indeed the same or at least...really close? Here are the measurements I have for my boots:

I.D. of boot (carb side): 2.01"
O.D. of boot (between sealing lips): 2.024"
Distance from lip of boot to airbox: .870"

I'm not sure what other measurements are of importance but I think these will do. Also these are sort of rough measurements because my boots are not truly round but it would still be nice to compare. The other solution is if you have any spare boots, cracked or not, you want to send me so that I could test them. Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks

To the top please. I'm starting to think it might be easier to start saving my money and get some pods and a dynojet kit.

Here's what I'm planning to do with mine. I'm buying silicone hose in the right id/od or pretty close to make up the hoses. Here's the place I bought the silicone from when I used it to pipe up my turbo on the motorhome. se the link:http://www.siliconeintakes.com/. They're good people to work with and they have reasonable prices.

Thanks for the link. Although after reading spyug's failed attempt, I'm not sure if I want to proceed. I think I'll try with some rubber drain hose and see if I can make it work and if I can then I'll spring for the good stuff. Thanks again.

I think I will. This is proving to be too much of a hassle. Just got to start saving my money. It's not a big deal though cause right now, this bike is not going anywhere anytime soon.
