    '77 GS 750 Re-incarnation

I Have had the 77 since '94. Had it stolen when I was in Pittsburgh, thrown over an cliff...not a pretty picture. Anyway, decided to rebuild and customize many years later so this was the summer project. The first picks are the start:
    Rebuilt engine
    Painted frame
Pounded out and installed Harley fender for rear
New signals and brake lights all LED
Hand made crashbar and sissy seat
Hand made light bar with purchased lights
New LTD bars that I extended by 3", 1 1/2 on each side now 33" spread
    New cats eye mirrors
    Coated inside of tank
    Repaint metalic deep purple
Have saddle bags and tail bag not shown
Presently working on a modified seat to lower rider part only, pasenger will stay at the same height

Thats the story and I'm stick'n to it.

    Nice work, so far.

Interesting how the lines flow from the (painted) air box, through the side cover, to the Harley fender. Kinda gives it a 50s look.

I'll have to get some shots with the bags. They disrupt the flow from the side covers to the rear fender but help blend the rear where the space is behind the seat. Bag match to each other nicely and finish off the whole thing. The Front light configuration is my favorite part next to getting the bike on the road again. She's long overdue but well deserving.
