Speedometer Gear Ratio
Just wondering if 2240:60 is pretty much standard for most 70's japanese bikes? The reason I ask is I'm making a trip out to my favorite junkyard in a few days. They have piles and piles of old speedos from all manner of 70's bikes. Some of the more interesting ones, don't have any markings so to speak to identify what bike make/model/year they came off of. I would love to get one of these unique gauges for me 77 gs 550 build up, just want to make sure it will more likely than not be compatible. Thanks!Tags: None
