As someone has already said, Mac most likely makes something, and you might want to look into Lazer/Jama/Marshall as well if you want a 4:1. http://www.omexperformanceusa.com/im.../56.200608.jpg
    Thanks for the tips guys!

Nessism, I did those holes because I enlarged two existing rosty holes and due to the fact that the noise became better, I made a couple of them more

But actually, the aim of those holes was to stop with the vibration and noise produced for unwelded inner steel plate in the exhaust, what made big vibrations around 4500rpms.

Now the thing is slightly better, but in order to take out this part I will need to cut it an welded it again. But this will be hard due to the fact that those exhaust are quite hard to re-weld again.

Anyway, i thoufht some actual 600cc suzuki exhaust will fit my oldi, but it seems is much harder than I tought. Those suzukis where either not popular in Switzerland...

Ahh, I remember now...the baffle broke loose inside the muffler. Bummer about that.

If you are handy with some tools you could cut open the muffler on the end cap (like a can opener) and fashion some new baffles. The baffles used by most of the aftermarket exhaust systems is very rudimentary so you could easily replicate something yet keep the stock exterior. This is what I'd do but obviously, you be the judge. Check this link for some ideas on what the baffles look like... http://www.cyclewareables.com/pages/...st_baffles.htm
