    GS450 Intake Shims

I need to get new shims for my two intakes, I am getting some rattling. The current shim size is 2.5, and I have .005 (.127 mm) clearance. To get the the desired .003 (.76 mm), what size shim should I move up to?

I've got Steve's Valve Adjust Spreadsheet, but can't figure out how to work it!

    Thanks
    Brett

Have you asked him about it?

With every spreadsheet I send out, I say "Please be sure to let me know if you have any questions or problems using the spreadsheet."

If I don't hear anything, I can only presume that you have no questions.

Send me a PM with your phone number and a good time to call. I will be on the road for the next few hours (on the bike, so I can't talk on the phone), so it might have to be tomorrow evening before I can call you.

You need a 2.55 shim, it will bring down the clearance to .075 or so since each shim step is .05mm.
