    Exhaust gasket removal 16 valve

Head's off and new set is on the way. The old ones seem to like it just fine where they are. Any removal hints short of the old hammer and chisel method?

Tap a narrow flat blade screw driver into them at a shallow angle & pop them out. Don't worry about wrecking the old gaskets, you need new ones anyway. Ray.

Had a helluva job getting my first one out. Difficult to know how much force to use.
