If you have the resources just get the offset sprocket made yourself.
I say go for the 190 tyre in the rear, it'll look fantastic when it's done. 8)
It'll improve your conering ability too.
Modifying the torque arm is easy stuff, so don't worry about it too much.

it is goin gto be a hardtail. the wheel is 5.5 inches. so clearance is the only concern.
