    Stator Installation

From the GS Resource I have figured out that my stator is bad. I puchased a new one and removed the old one. On both the old and new stator there are 3 yellow leads. On the bike(85 GS700ES) there are 3 yellow connecting wires. There is no indication to differeciate the 3 yellow wires.

How can I figure out what wire gets connected where?

    Help, Please???!!!

There is no difference between the yellow wires so just connect them to the yellow connecting wires.

Agreed, the wires are all the same.

Add a small item....clean the connections WELL !

While you are doing that, clean up the Regulator/rectifier connections too, and if you don't already have one, add a separate ground wire between the R/R and the negative post on your battery.
