I have a vance and hines drag 4 to 1 pipe with no end cap it is open and loud. I was wondering if there is a way to quiet it down and make it legal. with this pipe I also had to modify my brake to go around the pipe. Is this o.k.?

You should be able to get a baffle for them or an end cap that muffles the noise. Just check your local bike exhaust dealer.Comment
