It takes them a little while, but the parts you get are stock.Unless of course you order their aftermarket parts.

I have ordered from them with no problems. Usually if they show a price it is available, It doesn't tell you if it is in stock or not.

I've ordered from them a couple of times, mostly with good luck, but you should give their shipping policy a look over, it can be intimidating! I had to wait a whole month to find out they couldn't get something for me once, and if you cancel it they charge you a restocking fee for something they don't have, kinda stupid. So if it is something you need right away try to call them to place the order, I've learned that the long way with any company on line. ALWAYS CALL TO FIND OUT IF THEY HAVE WHAT YOU WANT!!! Or you could be forced to wait for something you need unable to cancel it.
        Hope this helps?!?

You might want to check www.ronayers.com.
They seem to have the same availability of parts but have always been less expensive. RonAyers doesn't have the online fiche lookup (for the older bikes) so you need the part numbers at hand to check prices.

That helps me tremendously. I will never order anything from them.

The purpose of a "restock fee" is to cover the cost incurred to a company for shipping an item, and special ordering it if they had to. A nonstock item may sit in the warehouse for quite some time before being sold, so a distributor has to at least be partially compensated for the financial burden of buying and storing what may be an unmovable item.

To charge a restocking fee for a part that the seller never received, and can cancel with the click of a mouse at no cost, is nothing more than theft.

              Bad business. Period.
