    REBORE CLEARANCE/GS750

    COULD ANY ONE PLEASE TELL ME THE CLEARANCE BETEEN THE PISTONS AND BORE SHOULD BE IF I WERE TO HAVE THE ENGINE REBORED

    Usually the clearance is built into the pistons. NOT into the bore job. it also depends on what type of pistons you use

          When installing new pistons, the correct procedure is to have the new pistons in hand, and take them to your machinist with the block, so that he can size the bores to achieve the correct clearance.

              now sorted have the clearance size/no more postings please

              now sorted have the clearance size,it seems ever engine clearance is not the same,i have know got the correct the infomation from suzuki,
