Measure the distance in inches and multiply x 25.4 for mm.

I have an '83 850L, and was thinking of getting one of these pingles. My fuel valve seems allright, but it is 21 years old, and you practically need a wrench to turn it to the reserve position. I wouldn't care if it was vacuum (I'm used to dirt bikes anyway), but what do you do with the vacuum line from the oem valve? Just plug it?

I am very new to this. Just got my 79 GS1000L RUnning. TOok it for it's first ride in 7 or so years. It was suggested here on the forum to get a Pingle. I too was concerned about remembering to shut it off. Even with only one day of riding done...it is just like turning the key off, it has already become like second nature!!
