    Removing pilot jet screw caps?

Do these have to be drilled out or can they be pryed up? Just looking for any heads up so I don't destroy the carbs. Thanks

They'll need to be drilled out. Just go very slowly and as soon as you break through, pull up on the drill. Then you can insert a screw and pull the plugs out.

They have to be drilled out, BE VERY CAREFULL you only need to drill about 1/4" or less Usually they will come out while drilling them. If not thread a small screw into the drilled hole and pull it out

Good point. The pilot jet is covered by a rubber cap next to the main jet within the fuel bowl.

Keep the pilot, leave the jet??

I think they're also called 'air pilot screws' or 'pilot air screws' in the manuals.
